The Ideal candidate is responsible for handling quality sampling of new account documents processed in other areas and responding to escalated issues from those areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate documents and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to apply subject matter expertise in document validation.
- Ensure timely execution of downstream actions (check orders, system blocks).
- Handle quality sampling of new account documents and respond to escalated issues.
Required Skills:
- Customer Focus: Dependable, well-organized, and proactive, with a sense of urgency and a can-do attitude. Ability to resolve conflicts and meet customer needs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong team collaboration and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Legacy systems and New Account processing is preferred. Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Typing & Data Entry: Minimum 35 words per minute, ten-key by touch.

- Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs.
- Capable of thriving in a quota-driven environment.
Pay rate- $19-$22/hour
